How does it work?

is a direct non-stop airport service meaning your vehicle will take you straight to your destination without stops in between. The type of vehicle will be similar to the picture displayed when you make your reservation and you will not share the ride with others. Service is available for up to 6 passengers and 6 bags.

To the airport

After your reservation has been made you will receive a confirmation that has all the important details of your trip. Approximately 24 hours in advance of your trip, you will receive a reminder. On the day of travel, your driver will notify you of arrival using the phone number listed on your reservation and assist with luggage.

For rides to the airport, we recommend booking 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.

From the airport

After your reservation has been made you will receive a confirmation that has all the important details of your trip along with a contact number. Approximately 24 hours in advance of your trip, you will receive a reminder.

Upon arrival, you will receive a text message from your driver identifying his exact location, the door for you to exit the airport, the number and license plate of the vehicle he is driving. Simply follow the signs for Ground Transportation or Taxi to the lower level of the Terminal, DOWN the ramp to Door 2 or Door 6. Your driver will be waiting for you at the curb and a customer service representative is available for 24-hours a day.
