Americans with Disabilities Act
SuperShuttle is committed to providing exceptional service and welcomes all passengers with disabilities, including individuals who use wheelchairs and those accompanied by service animals.
For transportation into airports, customers are required to make advanced reservations. When making an accessible reservation, customers should specify whether or not an accessible vehicle is required or if a service animal will be accompanying the customer.
Lift/Ramp Wheelchair Accessible Shuttle Service
SuperShuttle is working with its Independent Operators to ensure that they have vehicles that are readily accessible to wheelchair users, including with ramps and/or lift equipment.
To book a vehicle with a lift or ramp for wheelchair access, check the box next to “Wheelchair Lift/Ramp Required to Board” at the bottom of the reservation form. This option will appear once you have selected an airport.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted on vehicles, and SuperShuttle’s pet transportation policies requiring kennels do not apply.
