You can take a shared ride to AUS airport or into Austin after your flight. When you schedule your ride, we'll automatically group you with a few other travelers headed the same direction. Then, we assign you a pickup window that will leave you enough time to get you the show with plenty of time to spare.
On the day of your trip, your driver will pick you up and help with your luggage before driving you toward your destination, stopping to drop off or pick up other passengers along the way. Finally, if you're going to the airport, we'll drop you off right at your airport terminal for the simplest travel experience.

Will my pick up be on time?
Yes! We are a very reliable service and work hard to pick up our passengers right on time. Our on-time success rate for rides to the airport is almost always 95% or higher. If you want that extra peace of mind you can usually GPS track your ride at SuperShuttle.com within 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. Please keep in mind our shuttle reservations use a 15 minute pick-up window to allow for traffic, routing, and vehicle optimization. In the unusual circumstance that a driver is running late we will let you know so you don’t worry. In the very rare situation that a pick up will be significantly delayed we will contact you to determine the best solution to ensure you get to the airport in plenty of time for your flight.
For our pick ups at Austin airport we do our best to maintain our same on time performance, although as you can imagine sometimes that is difficult on days when flights arrive early or are delayed. Often shuttles are there and waiting for passengers when they arrive, and if they are not they usually arrive within our 15 minute shuttle pick up window. Occasionally the wait is longer and we will let you know and will get you out as quickly as possible.
If your driver has not arrived by the scheduled pick up time (or 15 minutes after for shuttle passengers) please give us a call at 512-929-3900 x 2. If you call before or after our office hours there will be a message to be connected to the cell phone of the manager on duty who will be able to assist you.
Do you provide car seats?
Babies and toddlers must ride in a car safety seat provided by the customer and for safety reasons may not be lap riders. We are not able to provide child safety seats. Please follow Texas state law regarding car seats www.dps.texas.gov.

Where do I meet my ExecuCar Driver at the Austin airport?
When you make your reservation you will have the option to choose Curbside Pick-Up or Baggage Claim Meet & Greet:
Curbside Pick-Up: Your driver will meet you out the doors of baggage claim with a digital name sign, based on the flight information you provided. You will likely receive a welcome message from your driver if you opted in for text messages. Please call if you need assistance locating your driver: 512-929-3900 x 2.

What is the cancellation policy?
We know plans change and we have a very generous cancellation policy. In most circumstances just give us 2 hour advance notice and you will receive a full refund, although we greatly appreciate 24 hour notice. Reservations can be cancelled on the app, at SuperShuttle.com, or by calling 512-258-3826. Reservations may not be cancelled by e-mail or on the Contact Us tab of the website.
What if my flight arrives early/late?
No problem! If you have provided us the correct airline and flight number for your flight arriving into Austin, we will track your flight arrival. If you have a connecting flight, please be sure your provide the flight information from the final flight. Please call us at 512-929-3900 x 2 if your flight number changes for any reason so we will know when to expect you.
Do I need to let you know if my flight number arriving into Austin changes?
YES! We will be tracking your arrival so it is very important that we have your correct arriving airline and flight number. If you provide incorrect flight details we may not have a vehicle available for you, and if we sent a driver at an incorrect time we would not be able to refund the fare, so please be sure to provide the correct information and update it if necessary.
What if I miss my connecting flight?
Please call us at 512-929-3900 x 2 as soon as you know so we can notify the driver. If it is 2 hours or more from the scheduled pick up time, we can cancel for a refund or change the reservation to the new flight arrival time (subject to availability). If it is within 2 hours we will address on a case by case basis.
What if the airline cancels my flight?

If I don’t use my reservation will I get a refund?
If you cancel your reservation with at least 2 hour advance notice we are happy to offer you a refund. If you do not cancel your reservation, or if you cancel within 2 hours, we will not be able to offer a refund. If you provide incorrect flight arrival details for your Austin airport arrival and we send a driver to pick you up at the incorrect time we will not be able to refund the reservation and you will need to make and pay for a new reservation at the correct arrival time, subject to availability.
Has the Super Shuttle Express pick up location moved to the Rental Car Facility like the taxis and ride shares?
No. We are still conveniently located in the baggage claim area, lower level of ABIA main terminal, just past baggage carousel #1.
Do you provide service to/from ABIA’s South Terminal?
Yes we do! Private shuttle and black car passengers will be dropped off and picked up at the South terminal. Shared-ride passengers will be dropped off and picked up at the ABIA Main terminal. What are your hours of operation?
We provide service 24 hours a day. Yes, even late night and wee early morning hours.
Do you go places other than the airport?
Yes, we go anywhere you need to go. Book hourly or one way transfers to and from any location in the Greater Austin Metroplex. Most reservations can be made on the website or app.

Can I get picked up at my home?
Absolutely! We will pick you up at your home, apartment, business, hotel, school, or any other location you request. If you need to give additional instructions to help the driver find you, please use the special instructions area when you make your reservation (on the app click on passenger name to locate special instructions area).
How can I add important additional information to my reservation?
If you are making a reservation on our website, there will be one field where you can type in special instructions such as a gate code, preferred entrance, or anything else that will help your driver locate you once he arrives to the address noted on the reservation. Please do not use this field to provide a different address location for pick up, add passengers, etc. If you are making your reservation on the Super Shuttle Express app, you can click on the passenger name to provide additional ride details including special instructions.

Do you have a wheelchair accessible vehicle?
Yes! If you need a vehicle with a wheelchair ramp, please call to check availability and make your reservation with as much advance notice as possible – 512-929-3900 x 2. If you have a collapsible wheelchair and just need to store it for the drive, please reserve a large vehicle/van and make a note in special instructions that you are traveling with a collapsible wheelchair.
Do you provide SXSW transportation?
Yes we do! Carter Transportation (SuperShuttle Express/ExecuCar) is one of the recommended transportation resources for SXSW. We also provide transportation to and from the AUS airport as well as around town, anywhere you need to go, in shuttles, black cars, SUV’s, and vans.
Do drivers wear masks? What are your safety procedures?
If there is a federal mandate in place requiring people to wear masks on airplanes and in airports, all drivers and passengers will be required to wear a mask in our vehicles. We are covered by the same federal mandate. Drivers sanitize the vehicles often for your safety and theirs, wear masks, social distance and air out vehicles to the best of their ability.
