How to Contact Your SuperShuttle Driver

Did you know that you are able to contact your SuperShuttle driver directly while traveling? Whether you are headed to the airport or just landed, this technology-based feature is now available to all of our travelers via a mobile device.

How to contact your SuperShuttle driver on the web?

You can easily contact your driver by using the Vehicle Locator function on your mobile device. If you are at the airport and need to contact your driver, follow the self-check in directions which will take you to the Vehicle Locator screen upon check-in.

Toward the bottom of the screen, you will find an information bar that includes an option labeled “Contact Driver.” Depending on the driver’s safe availability to answer a phone call, you will receive the option to call directly, or to request that the driver contact you when it is safe to do so.

How to contact your SuperShuttle driver on the app?

Once you have been assigned a shuttle, you can access the Vehicle Locator which will present the option to contact your driver. The driver/vehicle information bar displays at the top of the screen with a chat bubble on the right-hand side. Click the bubble to initiate contact.
