How to Get to SuperShuttle After You Land
Upon arrival, follow the signs to the baggage claim and collect your luggage. Proceed to one of 9 SuperShuttle offices located in the baggage claim area; each is located next to the airport courtesy phones for rental cars and airport hotels and staffed by uniformed Customer Service Representatives. Customers must check in with SuperShuttle representative or use the self-service ticketing kiosk to receive a boarding pass before attempting to board a vehicle. After you've checked in, please wait in the black chairs to be directed outside to the appropriate pick-up location.
