Updated New York Conditions


LGA reopened this morning with limited flights operating.

Travel time to and from the city is averaging three hours due to closure of most bridges and tunnels into/out of the city and storm damage. Additionally, there is an emergency mandate in Manhattan, imposing a three-passenger minimum for all vehicles on the streets.  As a result, our vans are unable to travel with fewer than three passengers.

Our private, sedan service in New York will be closed today and tomorrow, due to the mandate.

Due to travel times inside the city, we ask that you be prepared for lengthy commutes and related delays. We also ask for your patience as we work to safely transport our customers, despite the challenging circumstances.

Additionally, we advise all customers to confirm with their airlines if their flight is operating prior to boarding our vehicles.

    My Reservation Confirmation No. is 7778010. I'm still angry at your poor response of contingency on 11/2 early morning. Especially I was notified that you cannot lead us to the airport only 4 hours before my flight. It's not easy to a foreigner to get any help outside...we stand at 5 Ave. for 1 hour, no Taxi would like to lead us to the airport. It's the worst experience of my NY trip, I cannot believe such a big company like you could do this to us. I cannot accept you just only refound us the amount of original money, please raise your proposal to redem my loss!

      Shedra: We are now open to all reservations in NYC. However, please be prepared for delays as traffic is still very congested and, in many places, restricted following storm damage.

    I am travelling to JFK tomorrow and need to go to Manhatan (Times Square) but have no shuttle reservation. I tried to make it now but confirmation times are up to 24h. Can you advise me what to do? thanks

      Joao: Sorry for the delay! NYC is now taking all reservations, which may not have been the case when you tried to book before. You can call us at 1-800-258-3826 to book a ride over the phone. You can also book a ride upon arrival. Just look for one of JFK's ground transportation agents and they'll coordinate the ride.

    Thank you for the update, Mark & Marco. To my knowledge, our services provided today remain the same despite the lifted mandate. I'm waiting on updates from the local team and will edit the post accordingly once they've responded. Thanks again!

    NY1 is reporting that vehicles with taxi and transportation licenses, etc. are exempt from the three passenger requirement.
