Reservation Agent
SuperShuttle Reservation Agents are a vital link to our customers. Reservation agents
work in SuperShuttle's national reservation center headquartered in Phoenix, AZ
or at its affiliate operation located in Tampa Bay, FL. These operations are linked
via our proprietary reservation system, allowing us to efficiently handle over 11,000
calls per day. Our reservation centers are open around the clock, 365 days a year.
Reservation Agents efficiently, effectively, and professionally handle a variety
of customer-related transactions - product information, reservations, quality control
inquiries, lost & found. Reservation Agents receive extensive in-house training
through state of the art technology, on-the-job training, and classroom instruction.

Airport Ticket Counter Agent
Airport Ticket Counter Agents Representatives are the first point of contact between
SuperShuttle and the customer.
Job Requirements/Skills
Airport Ticket Counter Agents are personable, proficient in English (oral and written),
and good communicators. They are externally focused, helpful, and able to adapt
to different customers’ personalities and demands. They must be able to multi-task
in a fast-paced environment. Airport Ticket Counter Agents must be professional
in both appearance and etiquette, and able to stand for long periods of time when
necessary.
Windows
and general computer knowledge.
High
school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Curbside Guest Service Representative
Curbside Guest Service Representatives are the first point of contact between SuperShuttle
and the customer. These important ambassadors must greet the customer and enter
his or her destination into our system via a hand-held electronic device. Once a
passenger is entered into the system, he or she is automatically matched with other
people who are headed in the same direction.

able to adapt to different customers’ personalities and demands. They must be able
to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Curbside Guest Service Representatives

This position is located in an outdoor environment on airport property, and may
require the ability to stand for long periods of time.

Dispatcher
The dispatch function plays a vital role in interacting with our drivers and delivering
our service to our customers. The dispatcher's role is to dispatch van assignments
to drivers and ensure that reservations are boarded on time. The dispatcher must
have a professional disposition when transmitting on the radio to drivers and be
able to support the fleet as needed.
Job Requirements/Skills
Dispatchers must be proficient in English (oral and written) and good communicators.
Must have a positive attitude, a strong knowledge of the service area, and be self
motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task and have the capacity to work calmly
in a fast paced environment. This position may require the ability to sit for extended
periods of time.
