To earn miles, your reservation must be made online via SuperShuttle.com or ExecuCar.com.
Advance reservations are required. The United Mileage Plus number must be provided at the time
the online reservation is made. Only one person may earn miles when 2 or more individuals are booked in one reservation. The name on the reservation
must match the name on the Mileage Plus account to qualify for the mileage offer.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for miles earned to appear in your
