  we are arriving at 8:50 am to LGA New York, what happens if my flight is delayed?/ or what happens if it takes us too long picking up our luggages, and arrive later than the estipulated pickup time? U still waiting for us?

    For travel FROM the airport, vans are assigned upon arrival. This means that if your flight is delayed, or if it takes you a bit longer to pick up your luggage, our vans will still pick you up using the same reservation, without any additional fees. If you know you're flight is going to be considerably late before boarding the plane, you can also call 1-800-258-3826 to have one of our Customer Service Reps push back your arrival time.

    Our shuttles are available 24-7. Whichever flight time you enter, it will recommend a pickup time in advance that allows you to make your flight. We will pick you up at the time you select, even if it's very early or late into the evening. For a 7:45 AM domestic flight, recommended pickup time will probably fall between 5 and 5:45 AM.     Robert: Wait time at the airport varies but should run 15-20 minutes. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes to an hour, dependent on traffic and number of other stops. From the looks of things, you'll arrive in plenty of time. Thanks for asking!
