There are a lot of factors in play when it comes to making your flight on time, and even the most seasoned travelers can get the pre-pickup jitters as a result. We realize that having an idea of where your van is and how much longer you have before it arrives can be a huge comfort as you wait.
This is why we created a tool called “Where’s My Van?” allowing customers to check the status and location of their shuttle in relation to the scheduled pick-up location. By entering your seven-digit confirmation number, you can check on the status of your ride, or monitor its progress visually as it makes its way toward you.
Tracking Your Van via Computer or Smartphone
You can access “Where’s My Van?” from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, using our mobile or standard website. It’s also built into the home page of our mobile apps for iPhone and Android.
After you submit your confirmation number, our system scans open reservations to locate your route. Once located, the request is sent directly to your van operator’s tablet, which is outfitted with a GPS unit. Using Google Maps technology, it displays the van’s exact location on a map on your screen. In addition to seeing your van’s location, you can also learn how many miles away it is and the estimated time it will take to reach you.
Although it varies by individual reservation, the average time it takes to learn details about your van’s location using the “Where’s My Van?” tool is between 30 and 90 seconds.
Tracking Your Van by Phone
After entering your confirmation number while using the automated telephone service, our system matches your confirmation number to your assigned route via your vehicle operator’s tablet and its GPS unit. After locating your van, the automated response service will tell you how many minutes away your van is.
If you want more specific information or would like to speak with dispatch directly, you may call 1-800-BLUE-VAN (258-3826) and request information related to the location of your van. You will then be transferred to a dispatcher, who will then look up your reservation and contact your driver the old-fashioned way. After verifying your ride’s location, dispatch will send you a message with any other details you may have requested.

, offers the same features as the app and should be a good substitute until development plans change.
