Submit Service Feedback
If you have a compliment or complaint about any aspect of your experience with SuperShuttle, please contact us directly so that we can use your insights to improve going forward. The best way to do this is to fill out our feedback form . Once completed, you’ll receive an email noting that we’ve received your feedback and our National Customer Care team will contact you within 3-5 business days via your preferred form of communication.
You can also submit feedback to our team by phone at 1 (800) 258-2836 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey
You may have received a customer satisfaction survey to your email address of choice following your reservation with us. If you did not, you can fill out the customer satisfaction survey on our website. Both are great tools for us to improve, continue and exceed your expectations of our service.
If you note a bad service experience on this survey, you’ll be prompted to submit feedback as outlined above. You’ll only need to submit one case to ensure response from Customer Care.
Leave a Yelp Review
If you feel our service met or exceeded your expectations, we encourage you to leave a review on Yelp.com. If you’re an active member of the site, just type “SuperShuttle” in the “Find” search box, located in the top left corner of the screen. If you used the SuperShuttle service in a different city than you normally post reviews for, you’ll want to add the location in the “Near” search box located in the top right corner. See the picture below for an example.
In the search results, select the correct service. Click the “Write a Review” button on the bottom right hand corner, and the site will walk you through the rest.

I am relateively new to the shuttle service and have a couple of questions. 1. In the near future, I will need a ride from the Federal Center at West 6th & Kipling (there is no specific street address, only what is provided and a building #)to the airport to catch a 7:00 p.m. flight. How much travel time should I allow from the point of pick up to the airport? 2. The Federal Center is a large complex, with a security guard. The driver would access the buidling for pickup by going through the gate to pick me up. Can this be done or is is necessary to find another location? I appreciate your assistance - have a great day!

THE WORST SHUTTLE COMPANY I'VE EVER SEEN!!! My parents came to NY so I booked them a Shuttle. Of course, I payed the $84.40 fee in advance. From the airport is simple. Go to the ground transportation area and wait for a van. But in this case they had to wait for a long long long time. The trip to the airport was even better. They simply didn't pick them up. After 40 minutes, my parents were afraid of losing their flight. They called to the customer service and they said that a van was waiting for them 10 minutes before the agreed-upon time... THEY WERE LYING FROM THE BEGINNING!! My father was waiting for them outside for 20 minutes! I wish I would have read these reviews before!!!!!!! This company sucks!

Palz4life: (1) If you're booking shared ride, we'll automatically provide you with four recommended pick-up times to choose from. These times factor in traffic, security waits, and customs lines for international travel. (2) As long as you are aware of how to ensure the driver has permission to pass through the gate beforehand, it should be ok. Just make sure to note it in the special instructions field while booking your reservation online.
