All ExecuCar guests will be met by their drivers holding a sign with their name at the baggage claim corresponding to their flight.
SUPERSHUTTLE AIRPORT ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
Baltimore Washington International Thurgood MarshallAirport
SuperShuttle Guests arriving at the terminal should proceed to
the SuperShuttle counters located in the baggage claim areas 1 through 5 and between
baggage claims 9 and 10. Guests are assigned to their vans and directed to SuperShuttle
vehicles just outside the door from the ticket counter on the inner roadway.
Dulles International Airport
SuperShuttle Guests arriving at the terminal should proceed to
the lower level and check in at the SuperShuttle counters or kiosk located in the
Ground Transportation Area. Guests are escorted to the loading area for SuperShuttle
vehicles.
Ronald Reagan National Airport
SuperShuttle Guests arriving in terminal B&C will check in at SuperShuttle
ticket counters and the staff will assign them to a vehicle. Guests arriving in
Terminal A will find a SuperShuttle Customer Service Representative in the Baggage
Claim area or outside by the curb from 6am to 10pm to assist them checking in and
assign them to a van. Outside of these times, please call 1800-258-3826.
