How to Get to SuperShuttle After You Land

Upon arrival, follow the signs to the lower level baggage claim and collect your luggage.

  • For Terminal 1 arrivals, follow the signs for "Hotel Shuttles and Scheduled Vans" to the SuperShuttle ticket counter located in the center of the Ground Transportation Atrium. The ticket counter is staffed with uniformed Customer Service Representatives, and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • For Terminal 2 arrivals, use the ground-level crosswalk or second-level Skyway to proceed to the Ground Transportation Center, located directly across the street from Terminal 2.

Use the Courtesy Phone at our self-service ticketing kiosk to speak with a local representative for further assistance.

Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport (MSP) is not part of any city but is nestled among several including Minneapolis, St. Paul and the suburban cities of Bloomington, Eagan, Mendota Heights and Richfield. MSP serves over 33 million passengers annually and ranks as the 16th busiest airport in North America. It has one airfield with four runways and two terminal buildings - the Lindbergh Terminal and the Humphrey Terminal. The Lindbergh Terminal serves Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Continental, Delta, Northwest, Frontier, US Airways and United Airlines, while the Humphrey Terminal serves AirTran, Icelandair, Midwest Airlines, Sun County Airlines, and Southwest.
