How to Get to SuperShuttle After You Land
Upon arrival, follow the signs to the baggage claim and collect your luggage. Proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counter to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative.
- For Terminal A & B arrivals, the ticket counter is located to the right of the escalator.
- For Terminal C arrivals, the ticket counter is located next to baggage carousel #1.
- For International arrivals to Terminal E, the ticket counter is to the right, just past the information counter.

and has been part of the Houston Airport System since 1969. IAD has nonstop service
