Ride Reservation Changes
Most changes can be made online using the Edit Trip function. Use the Edit Trip function to make the following updates to your ride reservation:
- Name on your reservation
- Telephone number
- Travel date and time – note: if your pick up time is coming soon, it may be considered “ASAP”. You will need to call the SuperShuttle reservation center.
- Flight information
- Baggage Count
- Flight type–Domestic or International
- Frequent mileage program accounts
- Addition of specialty notes
